Tracy approaches body, mind and soul union with a balanced strong foundation in yoga, biomechanics & whole living foods. This allows anybody interested in health and well being a true opportunity to experience their fullest potential.
Tracy has been studying yoga well over 18 years and has taught throughout most of those years. She has a strong, graceful practice. Her background has extensive training in the Ashtanga, Iyengar and Vijnana traditions. For over 14 years, she has been studying with & continues to study with Gioia Irwin in Vancouver. Along with the profound work of Orit Sen-Gupta of Israel and Dona Holleman of Italy, which are largely based on BKS Iyengars’ original teachings. Her led and private classes are very fluid with the potency of the 7 essential principals found in Vijnana Yoga.
Tracy’s understanding and experimentation over 10 years with core line connections and Anatomy Trains is one of the many vital parts of her daily practice and teachings. Another vital part of her teachings includes biomechanics and postural analysis utilizing the Muscle Balance and Functioning System. Her daily practice of the full program in the Vijnana syllabus continues to deepen her passion for yoga, meditation, pranayama and what she brings forth in her classes.
She has taught at many yoga workshops & retreats locally & internationally throughout the years and continues to do so.
