The Vine hosts Mojalet Dance Collective and yoga classes of various styles. Thursday evenings are Svaroopa® yoga classes. Discover an open spine! Class will help dissolve body and mind held tensions, release tight muscles, increase flexibility and stamina. While this is a restorative style of yoga, it is not gentle yoga. Participants must be able to move independently, lay on the floor and stand and bend. Experience the opening and tension release of Svaroopa yoga! Classes are 90 minutes long.
