Vitalize is a different kind of studio than what people are familiar with. It’s a mixed use space for rent. The space houses two permanent massage therapists and esthetician.
We have regular weekly classes and meditation groups as well many practitioners, musicians, facilitators, counselors and other guest teachers who frequent our studio.
Vitalize is an experiment in conscious, creative community. All programs are created by those who are housed within the studio. Our focus is to make sure the studio is conducive to people being able to experience a coherent state, so that they can go back out into the world feeling more able to handle whatever they need to deal with and have more compassionate interactions with others. It is a space that holds people in a higher state of being than perhaps they usually are able to be in day to day.
