Our main focus is on Iyengar Yoga, which emphasizes correct body alignment and is beneficial for all physical types - including the most inflexible. Props (ropes, cushions, blankets, blocks, belts, chairs, etc.) are available for added support and stability. Iyengar teachers are trained to give precise corrections. Poses are adapted to meet individual needs. We also offer a gentle flow back class, senior and restorative yoga.
