Launched in August 2016, the focus of yoga at Welcome Ohm is to bring Yoga to all, especially the hesitant beginner. Beginning with a foundation in Iyengar, the practitioner will be guided verbally and through active adjustments in order to bring awareness to misalignments and how to correct them. Incorporating Chakra work and breath awareness to assist in overall balance of our energy system. Classes may include meditation, chanting and Reiki.
