We welcome you to practice yoga in a community where people inspire, uplift, and empower one another. We practice yoga with the intention of providing space for you to feel better in the skin that you are in, to encourage muscles to stretch and lengthen, your breath to flow, and your body to detoxify deeply, peeling away layers of physical, mental, and emotional toxins so you can open to new possibilities of lightness and freedom, tuning into your own healing and intuition.
At Wicked Good Yoga you can “Begin Anywhere”, whether you are new to yoga or already have a consistent practice. Our classes are All Levels, whether Hot Power Vinyasa Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Yin yoga, or Restorative yoga. You are guided through classes by experienced teachers who encourage you to listen to your own body, and modify, or amplify your practice to your own level. We also offer workshops, 40 days Programs, and Teacher Training to help you deepen your practice on and off the mat.
