    An easy and simple class offered to the person who is going through treatment or within five years of receiving treatment. The breathing helps prevent nausea, allows you to feel less stressed and imbalanced by your condition. The breathing and Stretching are powerful advocates and healing emissaries. This is a free class for those in treatment or cancer recovery (5 years or less). Others are welcome to take the class for a standard class fee.
