Tucked away on the 3rd floor of Moulsham Mill in central Chelmsford, our studio is light and restful - a quiet, calming space to retreat.
We have a maximum eight students in each regular class, (ten for meditation), so the overall experience is very different from the noisy, large-group vibe of a church hall, gym, or health centre.
Our exceptional teachers take a friendly, inclusive, uncompetitive approach, so if you have tried yoga or meditation elsewhere, and found it intimidating, you may be pleasantly surprised!
Our weekly timetable of classes includes yoga for all levels of experience, and a full schedule of mindfulness meditation courses, including an over-subscrbed introductory-level Mindfulness Foundation course, the highly-regarded MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy), and popular Saturday morning meditation session.
