Join Delisa Rice in the Yoga on Main studio for this basic/level one/beginning yoga class. This class is offered to help you tone and stretch your body and tune in to a deep level of bliss and relaxation. We will practice a variety of seated, standing, and reclined yoga poses. Bring your own mat or borrow one of ours. No previous yoga experience is required. Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement.

This class will focus on bringing the practice of mindfulness into your daily life while learning the art of meditating through Pranayama. Cultivate a stronger sense of self, deepen relationships and live a life of peace and balance. Great for all levels of mindfulness practitioners.

We'll explore breath and movement in this class suitable for Yogis of all levels. We'll build on the basics while providing a challenge for those wishing to go deeper in their practice. Emphasis will be on basic strength-building, core strength, and connecting with your body, your experience, moment by moment.
Get your weekend started with Saturday morning yoga class! This Hatha yoga class is designed to refresh and renew the mind, body and soul. We will practice a variety of yoga poses designed to stretch and strengthen each part of the body as well as breathing exercises to calm and focus the mind. All levels welcome as modification and variations will be offered. This is a donation class. Suggested donation $12 to $15.
This class is for Pregnant moms to practice yoga in a safe and supportive environment. Common discomforts during pregnancy are addressed, as well as meditation and breathing exercises to ease discomforts and prepare for labor.
