Our classes explore the classical meaning of “yoga” – meaning to “yoke or unite the body, mind, & spirit.” This ancient tradition states that the overriding goal of yoga is to “calm the fluctuations of the mind”.....to cultivate more peace of mind.
We have Gentle class, Beginner Classes and vigorous Vinyasa classes to support a variety of levels. Our eight intelligent and caring teachers will help you find the joy of moving, breathing, and caring attention to your own growth. We have classes seven days a week and a beautiful welcoming studio.
