We believe yoga is for everyone; every body type, gender, ethnicity, religious or political beliefs, sexual orientation, or level of fitness. This powerful method of achieving balance and wellness physically, mentally and/or spiritually should not be denied to anyone … especially you!
Yoga Club teaches all-level Power Vinyasa, a lineage of yoga that brings together breath and movement to empower you both on and off your yoga mat. We do this with a focus on an enjoyment of the practice rather than a fixation on perfect poses. We don’t teach to the perfect pose.
Despite what some might have you believe, yoga is actually a form of exercise. While you may make discoveries of a spiritual nature we will never suggest that yoga is first and foremost meant for those seeking enlightenment. Our classes will infuse elements of teachings that may include those of a spiritual nature but we are first and foremost looking to help you find connection with your body, your breath, and your mind.
