The journey started 12 years ago when Colm Walsh, Yoga Dublin’s owner began teaching Yoga classes in a local school hall in Baggot Street. From that point, it has steadily grown into the birth of three Yoga studios, with over 120 classes, workshops and events a week. Here’s a short video featuring Colm & explaining our booking system and online offerings. It’s not just Yoga either as our name suggest, we now provide Pilates, Baby Massage Classes, Tai Chi, Zumba, Body Toning, TRX Suspension Training, Kettlebells, Bodypump & Bootcamp Sessions, plus Treatments: Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Reiki, Reflexology, Acupuncture, Ballet & Hiphop Dance Classes and much more!
Our broad range of classes are taught by Ireland’s most qualified and experienced teachers. Yoga Dublin’s facilities have been purpose built to support the needs of the students.
We aim to create a holistic environment at Yoga Dublin, where our students can take a yoga class and then have a massage. It is a place of healing and growth. We provide a service for all life stages, from pre-natal, for children, and right through to those in later years. Enjoy!
