Yoga for Birth and Beyond approaches labour holistically - body, mind and soul and offers empowering and effective ways to manage labour and birth. We include yoga breathing practices, yoga postures to prepare for an Active Birth, guidance into deep relaxation, mindfulness and research based childbirth education. Mums and Bubs yoga is a wonderful way to share yoga with other women and your baby and includes a time afterwards to share and chat.
