We are a nonprofit humanitarian organization teaching according to the internationally acclaimed system of Yoga in Daily Life.
The Yoga in Daily Life System is an 8 level progressive system consisting of eight levels. Everyone begins with gentle exercises at Level 1 and gradually works his/her way through the levels towards more advanced postures and techniques. Each level of practice emphasizes four aspects of yoga: relaxation, asanas, breathing practice, and meditation. The practice of Yoga in Daily Life includes also Hatha Yoga techniques.
