Yoga Madre is a Yoga Studio and Wellness Center located in Sierra Madre. We have been serving the San Gabriel Valley for 11 years now. We offer classes for beginners and seasoned students that include asana, pranayama, meditation and self study. Classes offered include Gentle Yoga, Restorative, Vinyasa Flow, Beginning Yoga, Iyengar, and Mixed Level classes. Additionally, Yoga Madre is a Registered Yoga School with the Yoga Alliance, offering Advanced Yoga Studies/Teacher Training at the 200hr and 500hr levels.
