In addition to classes we offer workshops in a wide range of wellbeing practices like Breathwork, Sound healing, Nutrition, Energetics and more.
We practice and teach Authentic yoga, by which we mean yoga in its traditional form, which includes breathing techniques and relaxation.
Whether you want to challenge yourself physically or indulge in complete relaxation we have a class on the timetable to suit your needs. Whichever class you choose you will leave on a natural high feeling better in body, mind and spirit.
