TriYoga and for those who want to strengthen their core alignments, Basics is the necessary foundation for all classes. It is also a complete practice in itself. Bolsters, blocks, straps are supplied and can be used in all levels to ensure comfort and alignment.
Yoga mats, straps & blocks provided - need to know numbers so BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL.
Please do not eat for 90 mins prior to class, wear comfortable clothing with some stretch
