Multiple yoga traditions will be drawn on, including Yin Yoga, which focuses on releasing tight connective tissue and enriching the spirit. Modifications will be included for almost any level.
Suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners in general good health, wanting an emphasis on overall flexibility, strengthening the major muscle groups, and learning/practicing basic yoga poses. Each class concludes with deep relaxation.

Treat yourself to a Tuesday night "Tone Up and Tune In" yoga.
Join Delisa Rice in the Yoga on Main studio for this basic/level one/beginning yoga class. This class is offered to help you tone and stretch your body and tune in to a deep level of bliss and relaxation. We will practice a variety of seated, standing, and reclined yoga poses. Bring your own mat or borrow one of ours. No previous yoga experience is required. Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement.
