Join Delisa Rice in the Yoga on Main studio for this basic/level one/beginning yoga class. This class is offered to help you tone and stretch your body and tune in to a deep level of bliss and relaxation. We will practice a variety of seated, standing, and reclined yoga poses. Bring your own mat or borrow one of ours. No previous yoga experience is required. Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement.
We'll practice a full range of yoga postures to increase flexibility and strength, and breathing and meditation techniques to balance and calm the mind and reduce stress. Practice at your own level. This class is suitable for everyone. Please click on the "website" button to reserve your space.

This class is perfect if you are new to yoga, want a yoga "refresher" or are looking to develop a yoga practice. Yoga helps build strength, increase flexibility, reduce stress and promote a healthy mind-body connection. You'll learn different poses and breathing techniques at your own pace and we'll end with deep relaxation so you feel refreshed and relaxed.

This class will focus on bringing the practice of mindfulness into your daily life while learning the art of meditating through Pranayama. Cultivate a stronger sense of self, deepen relationships and live a life of peace and balance. Great for all levels of mindfulness practitioners.

We'll explore breath and movement in this class suitable for Yogis of all levels. We'll build on the basics while providing a challenge for those wishing to go deeper in their practice. Emphasis will be on basic strength-building, core strength, and connecting with your body, your experience, moment by moment.
Come join a group of expecting mothers as we use relaxation, breath work, and strengthening exercises to help ease pregnancy and delivery. You will learn pregnancy safe poses, in a supportive environment, where you can connect with moms in all stages of pregnancy.
This yoga class is for moms to take time for themselves and their baby by addressing common postpartum concerns through a gentle and restorative yoga practice for both mom and baby. Babies can be 4 weeks old - active crawling age. No prior yoga experience is necessary; please consult your care provider before resuming physical activity after delivery.
