This class is perfect if you are new to yoga, want a yoga "refresher" or are looking to develop a yoga practice. Yoga helps build strength, increase flexibility, reduce stress and promote a healthy mind-body connection. You'll learn different poses and breathing techniques at your own pace and we'll end with deep relaxation so you feel refreshed and relaxed.

We'll explore breath and movement in this class suitable for Yogis of all levels. We'll build on the basics while providing a challenge for those wishing to go deeper in their practice. Emphasis will be on basic strength-building, core strength, and connecting with your body, your experience, moment by moment.
Come join a group of expecting mothers as we use relaxation, breath work, and strengthening exercises to help ease pregnancy and delivery. You will learn pregnancy safe poses, in a supportive environment, where you can connect with moms in all stages of pregnancy.
