At the Yoga Sanctuary we utilise simple but profoundly effective methods for awakening to this greater potential. We do this by moving freely (Asana), breathing deeply (Pranayama) and seeing clearly (Meditation). We support this process with open discussion (Satsang) to help shine a light on the limiting patterns of thinking that hold us in a place that no longer represent how we truly feel inside.
