Paige is certified as a Shambava Yoga, Experienced Registered Yoga (E-RYT) instructor and a Reiki Master. She has over 3,000 hours of advanced yogic trainings in Samdhaana Vinyasa Yoga, Hot Yoga, MogaDao Yoga, Qigong, Sacred Sexuality, Nutrition, and Mental Health.
Paige has been a student of yoga since 2001 and a teacher since 2003. In 2001 at the age of 18, she left Barnard at Columbia University to pursue yoga as a life path, and has never looked back. The sense of peace and stillness she got from her first yoga class awakened an investigation into consciousness that has continued throughout her life.
In 2004, Paige had the opportunity to go to India and live with the Tibetans in exile, where she was exposed to Tibetan Buddhist practices. It was there she realized that she wanted to share all she had learned by teaching. Paige continues to travel, teaching yoga, qigong, and sacred sexuality to people. She is happily finding that wherever she goes, all people want to be inspired to become their greatest selves.
Over the years, yoga practice has offered Paige deep healing, a renewed sense of faith, essential goodness, and freedom. It has given her the strength to follow her heart and her inner vision. She hopes to share the benefits of yoga with people across the world. She has no doubt that all people can live happy and free from whatever holds them back if they set their intention and take action. Her mission is to be a place of healing and inspiration for people, while sharing the traditional yogic teachings in a way that translates to modern life.
A large part of Paige’s work with people today includes yoga privates and yoga therapy, for students and yoga teachers. Paige’s fascination with body mechanics and improving functionality while lowering pain levels has led many people to work with her. She sees clients for many reasons, including physical rehabilitation, healing chronic illness, starting a new yoga practice or taking an existing practice to the next level.
Yoga therapy also allows clients to heal trauma, improve depression, and acquire skills for living and self-regulation. Qigong healing can be included during sessions. Private yoga sessions are about addressing the specific needs of the individual, increasing the student’s awareness of their experience, and giving them tools for a better life and practice.
Paige currently teaches, lectures, and does private yoga sessions in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and along the East Coast of the She bows at the lotus feet of all of her teachers, especially Cyndi Dale, Debra Lynn Katz, Johnna Smith, Sri K. Patthabi Jois, Satya Sai Baba, and Master Zhenzhan Dao.
“I can’t believe it was only three months ago that I met Paige and began taking yoga and qigong classes with her. In that short amount of time she has helped catapult my yoga practice to a level I never dreamed possible for me, she has deepened my knowledge of the qigong forms, and has been an integral part of my physical and emotional healing, and my spiritual journey. She is technically gifted, and extremely knowledgeable of the yogic traditions, Chinese medicine and five-element theory, and other healing arts. Most importantly she is unconditionally loving, supportive, and ever inspiring. Paige is more than just a yoga/qigong teacher; she is a true healer who works holistically with her clients to help them heal and cultivate their most whole and best selves. I am honored to call her my teacher and my dear friend. Love you Paige! Thank you Thank you!!” -Jill, NM
