Yoga Solace Club was established in 2013 with the vision of offering the quality and amenities of a traditional yoga studio at an affordable rate. Since then, YSC is proud to have helped introduce the benefits of yoga to numerous people, who have made yoga a part of their regular routine.
YSC offers a full schedule, with classes from early morning to late evenings. Classes include Gentle Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Jivamukti Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Hot Vinyasa Flow, Hot26, and Ashtanga Yoga. Pilates and barre pilates classes are also available. Many interesting and fun workshops are held throughout the year. YSC also hosts fundraisers and events benefiting charities and the local community.
YSC is located inside Club Metro Manalapan. The spacious studio is constructed of eco friendly bamboo floors and infrared heating panels. The room is bathed in natural light, complemented with soothing decor. YSC members have access to child care, sauna, steam room, and the fitness facility.
