Yoga Studio teaches yoga inspired on the Iyengar method and enriched with the personal experience of Marta Mahou, acquired through 30 years of continued practice and learning.
Our aim is to enable people to benefit from yoga according to their physical capabilities and limitations. We stay away from purist doctrines that demand extreme and inadequate contortions for certain types of bodies, which can cause injuries through practice itself.
