Like everything else in life, practice makes for perfect yoga. And in yoga, perfection is the simple act of practice. All classes at Yoga Dot Calm are drop-in, so you can just show up and begin your practice!
The calm setting of this south east Calgary studio is complemented by its big windows, which bring in the light and inspiration necessary to the art of yoga.
This studio offers Ashtanga style classes and Vinyasa flow classes to build the connection between body, breath and mindfulness, as well as build strength and flexibility. There is also Prenatal yoga offered, and therapeutic Yoga 4 Backs classes for anyone working towards wellness.
Beginners are always welcome, and will feel at home in this cozy studio.
