The YogaJaya signature "Baseworks" classes introduce fundamental yoga postures and variations in a series of sequences. Modules 1.0 to 3.0 focus on structural alignment. Module 4.0 focuses on enhancing the energetics utilizing the alignment foundations. The modules safely build from beginner to more experienced dynamics in a complete and holistic way.
