Yogakul was started by Prachi Gangwani Raza with the vision of highlighting the universality of Yoga. She has studied Psychology and Philosophy, Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga, and is a follower of the Eight Limbs of Yoga. She believes that Yoga can be practiced by anyone, anywhere and at any time. The only prerequisite is an innate curiosity – about oneself, about life, about everything. She hopes to bring Yoga out of studios and off mats, and into everyday lives. She hopes to make Yogic philosophy a dinner table conversation topic!
At Yogakul, we combine the ancient with the contemporary and we hope to do this in many different ways. We combine the principles of Yoga, Psychology and Philosophy to offer you a service for holistic well-being.
At Yogakul, we offer Yoga classes for groups as well as individuals, individual psychotherapy or counseling and life coaching. We also take bookings for private groups and corporates
