Yoga - it's hard, isn't it? But let's have fun with it anyway! My classes are usually based around an Ashtanga practice, but just to live life on the edge sometimes I'll fling in some Wild Things or Side Planks. Sometimes we'll be Dancing Warriors, or perhaps you're more of the Graceful and Grounded sort?
