We do this with love, compassion, a sense of humor, and with respect for what each individual can accomplish through Yoga and throughout their lives.
Although we embrace a diverse array of yoga styles, one consistent theme threads through every class we offer – an excellence in teaching that has made us the gold standard of yoga schools. All of our teachers have minimum 500 hours of YogaAlliance certification, and many of our senior teachers have been doing their thing for 20 years or more.
Our signature YogaWorks style classes balance precise instruction, alignment with breath, fluid movement and emphasize thoughtful sequencing. Classes are carefully themed to deepen the students' experience of yoga and modifications are used to individualize the practice for each practitioner.
YogaWorks signature classes are paced moderately to vigorously depending upon the level. As a beginner, you can start with Level 1 and gradually build up to more advanced levels as your practice grows. Our yoga is also practical and geared toward addressing modern issues like releasing neck pain from computer usage and neutralizing the stress of a hectically paced day.
We take particular pride in our specialty programs for beginning yoga students, children, athletes, seniors, and people in need of rehabilitation, all of which feature our trademark YogaWorks approach: safe, compassionate and skillful teaching.
