Yogees Yoga 4 Kids introduces the practice of yoga to children through books and games in a fun, safe and nurturing environment. We encourage strong mental and physical health and abide by the philosophy that in yoga "everyone is a winner!"
A TYPICAL YOGEES CLASS
Approximately 45 minutes long
We begin by setting our intentions - breathing to prepare for a mental and physical workout
Then we go into a Sun Salutation - warms up the body
And then it's on to our adventure - expressed though literature, games and music
Finally Savasana - cool down that relaxes both the body and the mind
