Hanging upside down is not only physically healing for back pain, shoulder & hip mobility, upper body strength but also emotionally and mentally. Clients are known to leave feeling empowered, as if as weight is off their shoulders, without back pain and inspired to return to their daily living.
This newly renovated space is matted, allows for at least 12 students to fly at the same time with plenty room to spin, leap, climb, hang without bumping into your neighbor. Location bathrooms, showers and parking.
