  Are you looking to start a mindfulness practice or brush up on a practice that you may have started before and let go? We have curated a program that will allow you to get on the right track incorporating Flow Yoga and Meditation with Sound Healing.
  As Dr. Marla tells her patients, a mindfulness practice (like meditation) teaches us that we cannot get rid of our problems, that life is inherently problematic and challenging. Instead, mindfulness teaches us how to handle those problems of life with greater strength, emotional agility, and courage, and how to use problems as lessons and bridges to higher consciousness.

  The intention of mindfulness meditation is self-awareness, not a “blissed-out” state that is free from all problems and obstacles. This is the place where you can learn those skills and how to incorporate them into your daily life.

  This integrative class combines the therapeutic practices of a gentle flow yoga, meditation, sound healing and aromatherapy to introduce more holistic modalities for stress management. Train the brain to find more emotional and mental well-being.

  Class is open is all levels, including those new to mediation and yoga.

  Our subconscious mind is what puts us on autopilot and ultimately decides 95% of how/where our life is. We most acquired all these programming from 0 to 7 years of age which set the direction for the rest of our life.

  By learning about the deeper states of consciousness, we can open your subconscious mind and create your reality at will, and with precision. To do this, the first step is understanding your different brain frequencies and in this class we will go deeper into understanding it and then experiencing it.

  Description: Guided Meditation facilitated with singing bowls designed to access the subconscious mind.
  Starting with 15 mins education about brainwaves and their characteristics experienced by this meditation.
  Continuing with powerful Sanskrit mantras both for mind and body. Monkey Mind slowly calms down as it focuses on the sound allowing to slowly drift from Beta to Alpha to Theta brainwaves.
  Once the students are in Theta state the facilitator will take you deeper into all the limited beliefs which don’t serve us anymore.
  Later part of the meditation the facilitator assists you in releasing and replacing these limited beliefs with more empowering ones.
