AIReal Yoga™ is the only form of aerial yoga teacher training recognized by the Yoga Alliance. AIReal Yoga™ offers classes, workshops and teacher trainings. AIReal Yoga uses a hammock as a prop to help balance, align and safely invert without compressing the spine. The hammock is a yoga prop for all levels and styles of yoga. We offer a 200 hour accredited by the Yoga Alliance teacher training and a 50 hour training for certified yoga teachers and fitness or dance instructors.
