AyurYoga Eco-Ashram

I have completed the immersion, 200hr teacher & 300hr teacher training there. The setting is fabulous, all staff & teachers do everything they can to accommodate everyone’s needs. Food is just the best. You feel like part of a big family which makes it difficult when it’s time to go home. I will go back at some stage in the future just to visit & say hi to everyone.

I did a 2 week immersion and it was great! The accommodation is amazing, especially for India. The teachers were lovely and very experienced in their fields. Beautiful scenery. I highly recommend.

I did the 2 week yoga immersion retreat and it was a great experience. A great place to rejuvenate!
