Hari-Om International Yoga School

Hari-om is a great school for students of all levels looking to deepen their practice on a theoretical and practical level. The school has experienced teachers (hatha and other styles) who have diverse and unique experiences and encourage students to be open and discover what yoga means to them. I highly recommend the school.

My teachers Lilli, Max and Adrianna were passionate and knowledgeable.
They provided a safe place to experience and grow in Yoga, surrounded by the natural beauty of Costa Rica.
I look forward to deepening my practice further when I continue with my 500 hr teacher training next year.
