Each class is a facilitated, do it yourself, healing session.
Connecting to the healing power within and using it as a medicine to
heal the body, mind, emotions and spirit.
In each class we focus on gently working through beneficial yoga poses, breathing and meditation practices to help reduce tension and balance the energy systems in the body.
to keep the body strong without causing unnecessary tensions,
Deep gentle stretching,
to release tensions (blocked energy) out of the body.
to repair nerves that are out of balance - "stressed" dis-eased.
to restore the body back to ease, balance and health.
to heal the negative environment in the mind, which effects the emotions and health, ease of the body.
to help reprogram the mind to cope with stressful situations,
in a calm way and reconnect to our peace, our spirituality.
