We have been teaching Stand Up Paddle Boarding and SUP Yoga since 2008 and we began our first training in 2010. Our professional and highly skilled staff have all been trained by some of the best athletes and coaches in the SUP industry. All trainers are E-RYTs and professional water women. Heavily focused on alignment and safety, our SUP yoga classes are catered to all levels, challenging the most advanced yogi practitioner while offering stabilizing modifications for the beginner. It is important to us to teach proper technique to all practitioners so as to create a well rounded class with focus on both the paddling and yoga.
