Offers prenatal / mom & baby yoga in with a focus on mindfulness. 85-hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training program is offered twice a year in various locations throughout Canada and the USA.
Mindful Mamas Classes:
- focus on mindfulness to reduce pain and discomfort during pregnancy and birth
- empowers women to believe pregnancy and childbirth is a natural process that they are fully capable of participating in.
- build community which is so important for the wellbeing of childbearing women.
