Our Yoga Alliance Certified teacher training program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive, transformative yoga experience through a total immersion in the yogic lifestyle. Not just a stretch for your hamstrings, but for your whole Self!
With only 12 students for each training, you’re sure to get the attention you need to become a confident teacher. You will also gain the experience of living in an ashram, a functioning spiritual community. As you learn and grow here, resident yogis welcome you into their home, cooking meals, teaching classes, and offering friendship and support. Make lifelong friends as you continue on your yogic path.
The training includes 21 nights in Hawaii, three home cooked vegetarian meals a day, daily yoga class and instruction, and tons of sunshine and support. Take your time and look around, we are one of the most affordable programs of our kind in the country, not to mention Hawaii!
Our intensive 21 day training is meant to take you to new levels in your yoga practice, and within yourself. Sunrise to sunset: classic asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), powerful meditation techniques, seva (selfless service), home cooked vegetarian meals, laughter. During your stay here you will develop a foundation of practice that will foster your inner growth as a practitioner and teacher of yoga- a foundation that will serve you in all areas of your life.
