Promote Yoga education in schools and rural and tribal areas
Conduct training & research in Indian traditions, ancient Indian culture and ancient Yoga
Organise classical Yoga workshops, seminars and symposiums around the world to promote pure and authentic Yoga.

Regular Yoga Classes (Morning & Evening 5 batches) for General Public on a very nominal fees of Rs 150 per month.

Lecture sessions on aspects of Yoga by Director and other Experts
Lecture sessions on various health diseases by Senior Medical Professional for public awareness
International Yoga Seminar every year (Next & 3rd IYS: 12-14 October 2012)

Ujjain Yoga Life Society’s Yoga training and research centre in Ujjain is certified by Yoga Alliance International (YAI) for conducting Teachers Training Programs-200 & 500 hours levels.
This Centre is also an affiliated Yoga School of International Yoga Federation (IYF).
The Society has also gained popularity in organising a very successful event International Yoga Seminar (IYS-2010, 2011, 2012, 2014).
