Yoga, an ancient but perfect science, deals with the evolution of humanity. This evolution includes all aspects of one's being, from bodily health to self-realization. Yoga means union - the union of body with consciousness and consciousness with the soul. Yoga cultivates the ways of maintaining a balanced attitude in day-to-day life and endows skill in the performance of one's actions - Iyengar
Here at Yogalife we believe in encouraging our students to rediscover their inner strengths and abilities not just as an instructor of yoga but as a yoga teacher who will take the responsibility of encouraging their students to live healthier lives.
We empower you the students to go beyond your physical body, to explore or understand your inner potential by expanding your mind and consciousness through our various teaching methods. Re-igniting your curiosity for yogic wisdom through dynamic or static yoga asanas, pranayamas, meditation, and other innovative mind-body techniques that are unique to our foundation.
YogaLife began its journey in 1999 with the intention of encouraging good health and well being through the ancient practice of yoga. Over time and under the guidance of it's founder Sanjeev Kumar Bhanot, Yogalife has grown successfully into an established foundation recognized by the Yoga Alliance (RYS- Registered Yoga School) and by other leading members of this field.
