I strated to practice ashtanga yoga in 2009 at Mukesh Kothari, in Budapest. After a while I discovered various yoga styles and find my own way. I made a 200 hours Hatha Yoga Teachers Training in 2013, and since I am training myself continously, to be able help and heal people with different methods, like yin yoga or yoga therapy for the spine, I also learned Vinyasa flow for those who are more dinamic. As a teacher of French, and translator - which are my original graduations, and as an office assitant, my main job, I chosed already my life goal to teach, transfer knowledge and assist - help others, now by teaching yoga I would like to show to more and more people this life style, this fantastic way of movement, philosophy behind, and give them a new perspective to have a healthy and happy life.
