My chosen style of yoga I call "Yoga from the Heart." I love sharing the gift of yoga. My goal is to create classes which allow students to gain balance, flexibility and strength in a safe environment. I have a deep interest in kinesiology and anatomy and strive to provide classes appropriate for most bodies. My sequencing and alignment based asana continues to develop and I have deep gratitude to my teachers and my students who share this journey with me. May we all find ourselves with a more open heart to carry into the world.
