My name is Abbey, I am a Certified Yoga Teacher in both Hatha and Yin styles, registered with Yoga Australia. I have a passion for slow movement and true wellbeing in this bustling, modern world.
I love the simplicity of Yoga, the way it allows us to move gently and discover our breathing. My teaching style encourages students to cultivate these attributes in a easy-going and considered way. I am interested in ancient philosophy and gravitate towards learning about Traditional Chinese Medicine. I am currently studying Acupressure in Melbourne, Australia and enjoying every minute.
Cultivating a regular, consistent Yoga practice has personally helped my own spinal condition beyond words. I believe in the therapeutic benefits of Yoga – appreciating the importance of taking care of our physical and emotional health.
