Abby has a true passion for yoga, wellness, and physical fitness. She enjoys being a yoga teacher as much as she is energized in her own daily yoga and fitness practices. Her background allows her to aid students and clients with posture correction, pain reduction, and weight loss. Abby's classes safely combine strength, flexibility and balance work. She has been teaching group exercise, yoga and wellness for over 15 years and is a BEST Method Personal Trainer and a BEST Method Yoga Teacher. Abby is a 1000 hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance (ERYT and a certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Abby has worked coordinating community fitness programs, and teaching yoga, health and exercise science courses at Old Dominion University and Hillsborough Community College. She has in Exercise and Sports Science from East Carolina University and her Masters degree in Education in Exercise Physiology from Old Dominion University.
