Abby is a Senior Yoga Teacher in the practices of Hatha, Raja and Yin yoga. She has studied pranayama and meditation techniques throughout the world, including Yoga Nidra, Samyama, Mantra and Mudra.
It is her purpose as an Instructor, to explore the science of meditation through intelligence of the breath and its ability to harmonize psychological imbalances. She continues traditional teachings in light of sharing knowledge of self-realized rishis to all aspirants on their journey of yoga.
Abby practices every yogic science, breath, asana, mantra, austerities, different forms of concentration and meditation aimed at awakening and enhancing higher states of consciousness, experienced as moments of complete stillness.
