When I was 25 years of age, I started to experience Yoga-Education on a personal level. At first, I felt it was a nice alternative to the gym or other fitness and health clubs, but immediately I became impressed by its depth and how it promotes wellness on both a physical and spiritual level. Originally its healing capabilities were beyond me however, within the contexts of time, continuous training, education and travel, Yoga revealed its amazing ability to regenerate the body and soul and achieve a level of strength and clarity that I never knew was possible.

My basic Hatha-Yoga-Education is based on the traditional teachings of Swami Sivananda. These Yoga classes comprise of physical exercises (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), relaxation and meditation. They start with basic practices that create a foundation for a healthy lifestyle and prepare the body and mind for advancing on the spiritual path. This easy to learn system aims at creating a healthy body and mind that naturally leads to spiritual evolution and provides an integrated approach to self-transformation.
