With a background in Remedial Massage, Adrienne has always been interested in learning about the body and functional movement. On finding Yoga Adrienne felt she had discovered a pathway of movement that didn’t feel harmful whilst allowing her to connect at a deeper level internally.
Adrienne completed her 200 hr Vinyasa teacher training in 2013 and is currently studying Yin Yoga. She continues exploring as a student and pursues ongoing Yoga education. Adrienne’s classes focus on creative flows and balanced energy, and she aims to nourish the hidden strengths of students and help them reach beyond their perceived limitations.
