I teach Hatha and Vinyasa yoga with anatomical focus, which is open to all. My approach is gentle but dynamic, linking breath with movement. Classes are designed to strengthen, re-energize and de-stress. My aim is to share yoga with others and this comes from my own experience of the healing effects yoga has on the human body, mind and spirit.
What is important: That people feel comfortable, safe and welcome in her classes.
