Hello! My name's Aggie. and my mission is to help you, Dear Yogi, find more balance, joy and self-fulfillment through the practice of yoga, on and off the mat.
As a chartered psychologist and internationally accredited NLP practicioner and life coach, I am passionate about mental health and I see yoga as a brilliant tool to build not only our physical strenght but also mental resilience.
I also believe that yoga should be fun, and so I try to keep my classes as varied and all-inclusive as possible. Combining elements of hatha, vinyasa yoga and meditation, my classes are designed to help you tap into your unique character and needs.
All group yoga classes are suitable for all levels and beginners are more than welcome! If you're just starting your yoga journey, I'll make sure to assist you and give you alternatives to more demanding poses.
