I started practising Yoga when I moved to Houston (Texas). Practising Yoga helped me grow stronger and fearless, both on and off the mat and I believe that Yoga is an inspiration to live each moment more mindfully. I completed my Yoga Teacher Training with Lex Gillan at the Yoga Institute in Houston and will always be deeply grateful for the wisdom that my teachers have shared. In my classes, I love to incorporate creative and challenging sequencing with a touch of inspiration to help my students deepen their practice and help them feel refreshed and balanced after the class.
I like to combine Yoga with my other passion: Dance. My Ballet background has helped to develop the basis for the practice of many other disciplines; I started Ballet at the age of 6 and have danced for over 15 years with styles including Flamenco, Contemporary and Latin Dance. I love teaching Ballet Barre and I am also passionate about Salsa. I am certified as a Ballet Barre Concept and Zumba Instructor.
I moved to London from the US and I am teaching Yoga, Barre, Aerobics and Zumba in few clubs and studios in Fulham, Chelsea and South Kensington areas.
