I am a qualified Iyengar yoga teacher (Intermediate Junior level 2). I have been teaching since 2008. I fell in love with the Iyengar method as it gave me real relief from a cronic back issue - and I also found that the concentration required gave a great deal of mental composure and calm. I have studied and continue to study with some really fantastic senior teachers, sometimes traveling to India or elsewhere in order to do so. I love to share my passion and understanding of the subject with those who come to class.
